These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Es My Cleaning Business ("EMCB", "we", "us", "our"), including the Virtual Receptionist, Compliance Management, and SEO services available through emcbpro.com.

1. Service Agreement

By creating an account and subscribing to any EMCB service, you agree to these Terms. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via the payment method on file. A 7-day grace period is provided for failed payments, with retry attempts on days 1, 3, 5, and 7. If payment is not received after the grace period, service may be suspended.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages as described in our SMS Consent Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Limitation of Liability

EMCB provides services "as is" and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
